Date & Time: Sept. 12, 2009.  Check-in at 9:15am at Mt. Bethel Elementary parking lot, at 1210 Johnson Ferry Road.

Parking:  You cannot park at Mt. Bethel.  Last year we parked in the shopping center across the street from Mt. Bethel, just past the Merchant's Walk Kohl's. There's a Gymnastics place and a Wild Birds Unlimited, there. Or you may want to drive a little past Mt. Bethel to look for parking, and walk back to the school.

Be prepared to wait. It will take a while for the parade to be staged and to get going.

Parade Route: The parade starts at Mt. Bethel.  Beginning at 10 am, parade participants will march south on Johnson Ferry Road, proceeding toward Fountains of Olde Towne Shopping Center at 736 Johnson Ferry Road.  It's about a mile.

Afterwards: There is a festival at the Olde Towne Shopping Center. You may want to bring some money for the rides and games and snacks.  After the parade ends, you are on your own to retrace the route back to your car.
